What the team takes on
Accounts production, back office and marketing. Each one is a separate role, done by one person who works on your practice every month.
Accounts production
Year-end accounts, corporation tax, self assessment and management accounts, prepared in your own software.
Back office
Bookkeeping, VAT, payroll and pensions, new-client checks and paperwork, and credit control, kept current every month.
Marketing
Your website, guides, newsletter, socials and ads, written and published under your own name by a marketer on your team.
How a seat works
A seat is one person in one role for 160, 80 or 40 hours a month. You choose the role you are short of and the number of hours. The same person does the work each month, so they get to know your clients and the way you like things done.
- The work is done in your own software, under a named login that you control
- Accounts and tax work comes back with working papers and a review notes sheet
- Our own UK practice reviews accounts and tax work before it reaches you
- You review it, approve it and file it under your firm's name
- You can add a seat or change its hours with one month's notice
